    What buyers looking for in the towers is not swimming pool, Garden, Temple, but a cheap place to live(since PLR has risen) with less loading, good quality construction, good roads, secure compound prefreably IP cameras installed (this area is popular among petrol and bike theives, in some of low cost projects like Sankeshwarnagar Ip cameras were installed after murders, bike thefts etc very recently), last but not the least why would someone come to this interiors surely not for amenities, like frequent power-cuts. The winner among the projects is Regecy Estate, where there is no maintanance lifetime, (for each flat they have taken 1.5 lacs extra and made FD for each flat with pays the maintanance, good USP indeed, after buying a flat for 35+lacs and 40+ emi a month, you dont need owners to spend another 10000 for maintanace... might be this is a eye-opener for the builders. i was scoutinf for a flat of 1000+ sqft and found good flats for 33+ lacs near Dombivli station yesterday, i remember the excutives Ameeth Lewis/Gopal who sold majority almost 90% of flats for Lodha, a word with these guys would be a added plus for builders, to know the consumers...

    Be careful these guys always dispense less petrol and cheat consumers, i tested it with 500ml bottle, asked them to fill 35 Rs of petrol, according to my calculation the bottle should have been full, short changed by full 120ML...Never buy petrol for here.
